Shayna was born in Tennessee and now resides in the Golden Isles. She graduated from Glynn Academy and earned an Associate of Science degree from the College of Coastal Georgia (CCGA). Shayna began her professional career as a licensed real estate appraiser and has worked for nearly a decade in a real estate title search firm. She also spent six years as a FedEx courier. Shayna has a strong commitment to mentorship and advocacy, having served as a writing coach in college and a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). She is a certified CrossFit coach and an avid CrossFitter. Shayna is the proud mother of two daughters: the eldest is a West Point graduate and First Lieutenant in the US Army, and the younger is a University of Georgia graduate with a Bachelor's in Art History and a new mother. She loves the local culture and environment of the Golden Isles, including the beach, local restaurants, and music scene.
