Originally from Hinesville, the amazing Real Estate opportunities in the Golden Isles brought Tammy to St. Simons Island. Tammy has been a REALTOR since 2007. Prior to real estate, Tammy was an entrepreneur and worked in many successful endeavors. Tammy comes by her experience in Real Estate through a long family history in related fields. She utilizes her own past ventures as a business owner and land developer to navigate through the buying and selling process, abiding by the many building codes, rules and government regulations. Tammy's extensive knowledge makes her the perfect resource to walk her clients through any situation - specifically short sales, foreclosures and ocean/marsh front properties.
