Joe Wills offers Buyers insight into homes and land on St Simons Island and Sea Island and marketing expertise for Sellers. Joe strives to understand client goals and stays current with trends, opportunities and market conditions. His conviction that the Georgia Coast is the best of all places to live is infectious. He finds it rewarding to help people find their dream home. Prior to launching his real estate career in 2001, Joe spent his career in high-end hospitality and private club operations from Augusta National to Sea Island. Joe is a Life Member of the Golden Isles Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence member of the Oglethorpe Club and Dartee Gaynor Award Winner for Outstanding Community Service. Active in both professional organizations and personal pursuits, he is Past President of the Friends of Coastal Georgia History, Manna House volunteer, Committee Chair at the annual St. Simons Land Trust Oyster Roast and Davis Love's RSM Classic for more than a decade.
