She attributes her success to her professional experience and a familiarity of the area that comes from growing up in the Golden Isles. In addition, she has experience in major home renovations and home building. Melinda enjoys educating clients about the area, matching their needs with the right home, and ultimately seeing them enjoying the Coastal Georgia lifestyle. Melinda strives to make certain her clients are well informed, and she goes the extra mile in every transaction. Melinda is also involved in various projects that work towards the betterment of the community. She volunteers and mentors students whenever possible. Melinda's hobbies include golf, home renovation projects and interior decorating.
